Classic Old Fashioned

2oz Bourbon, .75oz NVB Classic Simple Syrup, NVB Bitters (Toasted Oak, Vintage Black Walnut, Old Fashioned Orange Bitters.

Build cocktail in rocks glass filled with ice. Stir, and garnish.

Garnish: Orange zest swath, Maraschino Cherry

Rum Refashioned

2oz Aged Rum (12+ yrs), .75oz NVB Classic Simple Syrup, NVB Bitters (Coffee Pecan Bitters, Toasted Oak, Vintage Black Walnut).

Build cocktail in rocks glass filled with ice. Stir, and garnish.

Garnish: Orange zest swath, Maraschino Cherry

Classic Whiskey Sour

2oz Bourbon, .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice, .75oz NVB Classic Simple Syrup.

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish.

Garnish: fresh lemon wheel and a Maraschino cherry

2oz Vodka, 0.5oz Triple Sec, 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 1oz NVB Classic Simple Syrup.

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake, strain chilled cocktail coupe, garnish.

Garnish: fresh lemon wheel and a Maraschino cherry

2oz Rum (I like a 4-7yr, but a good quality White Rum is great too) , 0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice, 0.75oz NVB Classic Simple Syrup.

Build cocktail in Collins/Highball Glass filled with ice. Top with Sparkling Water, stir, garnish.
